GTA Vapes Return/Exchange Policy

We insure the products we sell are of the highest quality. In the rare event your device has an issue, GTA Vapes will exchange defective items purchased within 7 days with the exception of the items listed below.

This warranty/return policy does not cover E-Liquids, Cartridges, Cartomizers, Pods and or atomizers. Atomizers, Cartomizers, and Pods have a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

All purchases of E-liquids, drip tips, and cartridges are final; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items due to health concerns/reasons.

While we can guarantee that our e-liquid formulas do not change, if you find that you e-liquid tastes differently from a previous batch, this may be caused by some known reason such as: (*) the e-liquid may need more steeping if the manufacturing date falls close to current date (in which case, please shake the bottle well and leave in dark area for a few days); (**) the e-liquid being left in direct heat or sunlight, causing it to taste differently, especially if the e-liquid contains nicotine; (***) changing tank, atomizer or device/product types run at different resistances, which can alter the vaporization of the e-liquid (in which case, please check the suggested power range for your atomizer’s resistance and set it at the lower end of that range for best flavor); and/or (****) the impact of ceasing to smoke(* changes after one stops smoking, in part due to restoration of the taste buds).

Any Items unused and still in it's original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.  

Once opened or used, vaporizers are final sale. Any and all applicable warranties must be dealt with through the respective manufacturer
